Lessons

Sarah Millard is a qualified instructor who is available to train riders of any age or ability. Lessons are taught in our large rubber manège which can accommodate a 20 x 60m dressage arena and a full course of show jumps or simulated cross-country fences.

Sarah is happy to instruct on a personal one to one basis or to teach small groups who prefer a shared lesson.

We acknowledge that not everybody aspires to be a superstar, but firmly believe that a persons enjoyment of riding at their chosen level will be the greater if rider and horse train to work together in a happy and harmonious partnership.

For the more ambitious, competitive rider, Sarah can call upon her in-depth knowledge and experience in dressage, show-jumping and eventing, relating this to training and helping other riders.

In addition to teaching at Firs Farm, Sarah also organises x-country schooling days for small groups of riders at local eventing courses such as Milton Keynes, Keysoe and Little Downham, catering for riders from Intro level upwards. Dates to be posted on the website.

Sarah is happy to travel to your own venue in order to instruct subject to mileage charge.

  Private Lesson £25 per hour.
Shared lesson (Approx. 2-3 riders) £30 per hour

To book lessons, contact Sarah directly or via her e-mail sarah@firsfarmequestrian.com.
